Why We Built This Site
Indiana gives broad public access to many court records, but Delaware County records do not all live in one place. The Delaware County Clerk of the Circuit Courts handles Circuit Court filings, certified copies, marriage licenses, costs, fines, child support payments, protective orders, and judgment records. Muncie City Clerk maintains City Court records for many city misdemeanors, infractions, ordinance cases, and city court payments. The sheriff manages jail and warrant contact channels. This site brings those paths together for local record research.
What You Will Find Here
- Records pages by type: court records, court dockets, arrest records and charges, inmate records, warrant records, marriage and divorce, and probate
- Office contacts: local details for the Clerk of the Circuit Courts, Delaware County Circuit Court, Muncie City Court, sheriff, jail, and prosecutor
- Search walkthroughs: MyCase, DoxPop, the sheriff jail roster, statewide marriage lookup, traffic payment channels, and federal court records where relevant
- Public records help: copy fees, certified-copy routes, public access limits, sealed records, expungement limits, and local fallback phone numbers
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. It has no connection to any Indiana court, Delaware County office, clerk's office, sheriff's office, city office, or state agency. There are real limits to what we can help with:
- We cannot file court papers or send records requests for anyone
- We cannot issue certified copies of any court document, marriage record, or divorce decree
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a Delaware County case applies to a specific person
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, office hour, or address is current at the time of use
Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. A private reference site can point to the office, but the document must come from that office.
Search Partners
Some pages include search boxes powered by third-party providers. Those companies set their own pricing, terms, data sources, and result rules. When a search tool leads to a paid signup, this site may earn a referral fee. That revenue helps keep the Delaware County reference pages available, but it does not change where official records come from. Official court copies, jail confirmations, warrant instructions, and vital record certifications must still come from the government office that maintains the record.
